Italian Language Course

This course is designed for those visiting Como who would like to learn basics of Italian language, which could be useful for them.
We are offering to our learners an opportunity to understand Italian culture and lifestyle which will help them to enjoy and appreciate, in the best way possible, their stay in Como.
Visits to museums and other places of interest will be much more interesting with a basic knowledge of Italian which will allow them to truly experience Como.
The course will cover every field which may be in the interest of the learners, both cultural and recreational.
We are preparing our visitors to enjoy visits to museums and historical places of Como, excursions, dinners in restaurants where they will be able to learn about Italian cuisine, visits to markets and evening entertainment, walks through the city, or for the nature lovers through beautiful landscapes of Como.
This course will teach you Italian language you need for:

•    handling reservations and managing your own accommodation arrangements;
•    communicating prices;
•    asking for tourist information, having social conversation with hosts about your experiences in the city;
•    understanding maps, menus, money matters;
•    make an order in a restaurant;
•    ask locals for the directions and also give information to other tourists

Shopping Tour in Como

With a like-minded local friend, we will you help you to find the best things to do and the most interesting places to visit in Como which offers beautiful landscapes and enchanting sights and together we will discover plenty of hidden gems as well as unique and non-tourist nooks and crannies. Lots of activities are included in the package such as shopping in the old and local boutiques, history and culture, sightseeing and exploration, restaurants and nightlife, as well as plenty of other things to do and see in Lake Como. We’ll take a walk in Como downtown you can take a turn at any narrow alley, café or store that catches your eye, giving you the opportunity to make on-the-spot decisions and enjoy whatever comes your way. We will take a look to the Broletto Palace, built in 1215 and restored in 1477 by the podestà Bonardo da Codazzo, to whom we owe its current Renaissance appearance.
The Como Cathedral is considered one of the most beautiful monuments in Northern Italy, whose full implementation has required three whole centuries. The Volta Temple, a neoclassical building that houses a museum dedicated to Alessandro Volta. The majestic Villa Olmo, one of the most beautiful and romantic neo-classical villas throughout Italy.
After enjoying tradition boutiques we’ll cross the border into Switzerland and enter the shopping paradise of the Foxtown.
