IT systems and software procedures used for the operation of this website will acquire, while used, some personal data, which are then implicitly transferred through Internet communication protocols. If users/guests, while connecting to this website, should send their personal data in order to access some services, or to make requests via e-mail, SASA SPA-AG will acquire the sender’s address and/or other potential personal data, which will be processed only in order to reply to such request, or to provide the service. Personal data provided by users/guests will be communicated to third parties only if necessary to fulfil such requests.
Cookies are not used to transfer personal information, and no kind of persistent cookie is used, that is, systems for user tracking. We use session cookies (which are persistently stored on the user’s computer and disappear as soon as the browser is closed) only to transmit the session IDs (composed by casual numbers generated by the server), which are necessary to enable a safe and efficient website surfing. Session cookies used on this website prevent us from using other technologies which could harm the surfing confidentiality of the users and do not allow the acquisition of personal data which can identify the user.
Ways of processing

Place of data processing
The processing of the abovementioned websites takes place at the SASA SPA-AG. headquarters, in Via Bruno Buozzi, 8 – 39100 BOLZANO of the data processing controller and/or hosting or website management company headquarters and are carried out exclusively by technician working in the Office in charge of such processing, or by potential subjects in charge of occasional maintenance work. We do not disclose, nor communicate, any data from the website service. Personal data provided by the users who submit requests for informative material are used only in order to carry out the requested service or performance and are communicated to third parties only if necessary.

Rights of the concerned parties
The subjects related to the personal data have the right, at any time, to receive confirmation with regards to the existence, or non-existence, of such data, to learn their content and origin, to verify their correctness or to request for their integration, update, or amendment (art. 7 of the Leg. Decree 196/03). According to the same article, they have the right to request for their anonymous deletion or transformation, or blocking of data illegally processed, as well as to oppose, at any rate and for legit reasons, their processing.
